If a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, a full refund will be provided. No refunds are issued once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispensed and dispatched within 1 working day.
Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service to UK addresses only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Medication will be packaged discreetly and in appropriate conditions to maintain product integrity.
You may cancel your order without charge prior to pharmacist approval. Once a prescription has been approved and the order dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Due to the nature of prescription medications and patient safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medication. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
